Changes to services operating from Skelmersdale

From Sunday 24 July 2011, there will be some changes to the way your Skelmersdale services will operate.  Don’t miss your bus!

Service 311  -  Minor timetable changes. Some early and late journeys will be extended to serve the Black Bull in Walton Vale.

Service 312  -  The service will operate as normal serving Skelmersdale College, the Concourse, Tanhouse, Digmoor and East Gillibrands, but will run to ASDA only, with some minor timetable changes. The Ashurst part of the route will continue to be served by the 311 service

Service 313  -  This service will be withdrawn, but the route, including East Leigh Roundabout, will be served by the 395

Service 345  -  The service will run between Waddicar and Liverpool only, with the exception of a 07:30 service from Skelmersdale Bus Station which will arrive in Liverpool at 08:40, and a return journey which leaves Liverpool at 17:20 to arrive in Skelmersdale at 18:21 (Monday to Friday).  

The 2 journeys on the 345 which operated from Neverstitch Road to Liverpool (06:40/07:10) will start in Waddicar. And the 17:55/18:25 which ran from Liverpool to Neverstitch Road, will now run from Liverpool to Waddicar only.

Service 350  -  No change to service

Service 352  -  Minor timetable changes

Services 356/37/38  -  Minor timetable changes

Services 375/385  -  Some morning journeys heading towards Wigan which currently start in Skelmersdale, will be extended to start in Southport. Some early morning journeys heading towards Southport which currently start at Neverstich Road depot will be extended to start at Skelmersdale Concourse. 

The last journey from Southport (departing 22:40) will terminate at Ormskirk Bus Station and will no longer serve Skelmersdale. The last journey from Wigan Bus Station (departing 23:15) will continue to serve Skelmersdale and will terminate at Ormskirk Bus Station. 

Service 395  -  Some minor timetable changes, route will now include East Leigh Roundabout

Service 621/625/626/628   -  No changes to service
